The 8th grade volleyball team improved to 6-0 and 1-0 in ACAC play last night with a win against Heritage 25-20, 25-23. The Jets were led with the brilliant defensive play of Kelsey Beaver with 12 digs and amazing passing out of serve receive. Slone Schortgen had the hot arm with 10 kills and 10 assists. Jentrie Schaefer racked up 6 kills while Claira Foreman pounded down 3. Meg Hildebrand dug up 6 balls and had 2 aces. Brielle Grover handed out 8 assists and had 4 digs. The Jets will travel to Norwell Saturday afternoon for a tourney beginning at 1pm!
