Adams Central Athletics

The JV football team remained undefeated by beating Heritage 30-16. The Jets had to come back from an 8-0 deficit and then again after getting behind 16-12. Thomas Laughlin led the offense with 3 TD runs of 9, 64 and 59 yards. Laughlin also caught a 2-pt conversion pass from Barrett Collier and logged a strip sack to stop Heritage on a 4th quarter drive. Max Nussbaum sealed the game on an 11-yard TD run on 4th and short. Collier also ran in a pair of 2-pt conversions. The JV Jets host South Adams next Monday at 6:00pm
