Adams Central won against Winchester Community on Tuesday with nine runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Adams Central Flying Jets' pitcher stepped up to hand the Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets a 9-0 shutout. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Adams Central. The result came thanks to Lilli Jackson's shutout, as she gave up just four hits and racked up 15 Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive pitching appearances. On the hitting side, Jenna Cook was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 4-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Thomas, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Adams Central's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-8. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, they now have a losing record at 11-12-1.
