Adams Central Athletics

AC fell to Jay County 4-1 in a match that was played much closer than the score indicates. The 2 Doubles combo of Geels and Ripple once again pulled out a gutty comeback from behind to earn the only point against the District 4-ranked team in Jay County. Zach Frank and Jaidon Patterson also took things to a third set. It was a battle to the end in the heat, and unfortunately our young team came up short. This is part of the process as younger players learn to work through adversity at the High School level. The road only gets more difficult with a couple more District 2-ranked teams ahead: Blackhawk Christian and Bluffton.
