Adams Central Athletics

The JV football team traveled to Heritage on Monday night and came away with a 30-0 win. Thomas Laughlin got the scoring started in the 2nd quarter with a 6- yard run and would later score on a 68-yard run, as well as contribute with a 2-pt conversion. Jamison Roach connected with Lawson Deathe for a 37-yard touchdown pass and Hayden Bluhm capped off the scoring with a 2-yard run. Joey Everett and Xander Schwartz also had 2-pt conversions. The shutout effort by the defense was led by Everett with 3 interceptions on the night. The following players added tackles for loss: Holden Schumm (2), Jamison Roach, Tristen Lents, Vance Miller, Hayden Bluhm, Ashton Yergler and Jacob Miller. The JV football team will host South Adams next Monday.
