Adams Central Athletics

The JV football team traveled to Garrett on Monday and defeated the Railroaders 28-14. Jamison Roach threw 2 touchdown passes to Lawson Deathe, one for 15 yards and another for 19 yards. Thomas Laughlin converted the 2-point conversion on both of those touchdowns. Laughlin also returned a kick for a touchdown to begin the 2nd half and scored on a 53 yard run. Defensively, Laughlin (2) and Reece Hammond led the team with tackles for loss. Ethan Funk deflected 2 passes and Jaret Smith had an interception. The JV Jets continue the season with a home game against Eastside on August 28.
